Reporting Deadline for OSHA 300A Injury Tracking Application

Most companies do not have to report their Injury Summary 300A to OSHA.

If your company has been asked specifically by OSHA or fall into specific NAICS Code, then submit through the OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA) online here: ITA | Occupational Safety and Health Administration (osha.gov).

Collection starts on January 2, 2024 and the deadline is March 2, 2024.

This is not the same as posting the 300A within your office. All companies with more than 10 employees must internally post Form 300A from 2/1 – 4/30.
